What’s your knitting pattern personality?   1. You’re getting dressed; What’s the first thing you reach for? A. My favorite pair of jeans. B. My black shift dress never goes out of style. C. Tis the season for strappy sandals. D. I can’t go wrong with a pencil skirt.  E. It changes daily: Variety is the spice of life.  2. Your accessory of choice has got to be: A.  Simple gold hoop earrings work every time.  B. A simple headband polishes any look. C. Big sunglasses. I’ve got more pairs than I care to admit. D. The right belt makes the outfit. E. Ballet flats: I can wear them with anything!  3. If you could choose the type of knitting in a project, you’d say: A. I need some variety to keep me entertained. B. I could knit Stockinette stitch for days.  C. Short rows? Bring them on!  D. I literally enjoy the finer things in life. Size 3 needles aren't going to scare me away  E. I love following charts.  4. Time to prep for vacation. How do you pack? A. I usually pack the day my flight leaves. It always works out. B. Based on my plans, I make a list, pack and check it twice.  C. I’ve got a bag packed already. Let’s go! D. Let’s start at the beginning: I’ve got luggage for every occasion.  E. Grab one of everything and toss it in my suitcase! Or should I say, suitcases?  5. If there were a school for knitting, you’d be in: A. Junior high: Still lots of learning to be had.  B. Elementary school: Gotta start somewhere! C: College: I’ve got skills. D. To the cafe to pick up sandwiches for a picnic lunch. B. To buy these divine bath salts I’ve had my eye on. C. To the thrift store to dig for buried treasure. D. To grab a bottle of wine for girls night. E. To the coffee shop with the cute barista.  7. You’re at the shoe store. Where is your eye drawn? A. Converse sneakers: Comfortable and cute! B. Designer pumps: They never go out of style. C. I’m always on the lookout for anything with fringes or beading. D. I’m a sucker for bows on my toes! E. What am I NOT drawn to would be a better question!  8. Look at your fingernails. What do you see? A. They’re clean and unpolished. Easy-peasy! B. Short, red, and fantastic. C. Flower power! D. French manicures are just lovely. E. Long and pink. There might be some glitter involved.  9. You’re at your local LYS: What’s your yarn of choice? A. I’m happy with hand-painted worsted weight. B. Certainly a sport weight. C. Any worsted weight works for me. D. Definitely DK weight yarn. E. Super-soft and hairy sport weight, please.   10. What character’s style do you identify with? A.     CHARLIE, but I’m all over the place on the survey. I love the shape. I’m in Texas – long sleeves are NEVER tolerated, nor is sleeveless (say my upper arms), but I the sleeve length on Charlie is just right.

    I had to skip question 9. I don’t know who any of those people are, and question 10 didn’t have sock yarn! It’s almost the only thing I knit with (so while I had mostly As… I think I need to knit with the fine and ultrafine yarns).

    Though all of the sweaters are lovely and I’d wear them all.
