Methods of Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Sales Tax: All orders placed using a California or Michigan billing address are charged sales tax.

SHIPPING
Receive free shipping on orders with U.S. delivery addresses. Click here for details.

Shipping cost is calculated at time of checkout. Orders are shipped from Santa Cruz, CA. Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days, but can take up to 6 business days.

FedEx Ground Home Delivery (up to 5 business days) is available for orders delivered anywhere in the United States.

Shipping via USPS is available for orders shipped outside of the US. International delivery times vary depending on your location. Jordana Paige is not responsible for customs fees.

Jordana Paige is not responsible for any delays, losses or increased delivery charges caused by mistaken or incorrect delivery addresses. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.


TRACKING
To view the status of your order and track it, please login to your account. Select “My Account” from the top right menu. Select “view” next to the order you would like to track. A tracking number with a link for tracking is available on this page.

Jordana Paige is not responsible for delays or losses. For tracking inquiries, please contact FedEx at 1-800-GoFedEx for assistance. If FedEx determines your shipment is lost, please contact us so that we can file a claim with FedEx and re-ship your order.
GIFTS
Gift cards must be redeemed at JordanaPaige.com, toward the purchase of products listed in Jordana Paige’s online catalog. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Products purchased with a gift card cannot be returned for cash. Any unused balance will remain in the gift card account and is not transferable. Gift card cash value is 1/10 of one cent. Jordana Paige is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Jordana Paige reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion. The risk of loss and title for gift cards pass to the purchaser upon mailing to the recipient.
RETURN POLICY
Returns
As of April 17, 2016 all sales are final. No exchanges or returns on items. If the item you received was damaged or incorrect, please contact us within one week of receiving the item.

If you placed your order prior to April 17, 2016, the following return policy applies:

If you purchased an item through JordanaPaige.com and are unhappy with it for any reason, please contact us within one week of receiving the item using our return request form. We will provide you with an RMA number and a return address.

Items must be returned in new, re-saleable condition with a tracking number. Jordana Paige reserves the right to refuse any merchandise returned to us damaged or not in re-saleable condition. Upon receipt of the item you will receive a full refund for the item. If you paid for shipping to receive the item, the shipping cost is not refundable.

No credit or exchange will be given to an item received without using an RMA number.

Jordana Paige does not accept returns or exchanges after two weeks. If it has been longer than two weeks and your item is defective, please review our warranty information below.

Damaged or Incorrect Item
If the item you received was damaged or incorrect, please contact us within one week of receiving the item. Fill out our return label request form. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label and ship you a new item. If the item was damaged in shipping, please save the box your handbag was shipped in.

WARRANTY
All Jordana Paige handbags purchased from our online store are protected by a one-year limited warranty, effective on the date you receive the handbag, as indicated by the shipping tracking number.

Jordana Paige is expected to close the summer of 2016, possibly sooner. Upon closing of the business, the warranty will no longer apply to any products, even those purchased within the year.

Jordana Paige’s one-year limited warranty warrants your handbag against all defects in materials and workmanship only. This warranty does not cover damage incurred from normal wear and tear, accidents or misuse, or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any other party other than Jordana Paige. Warranty does not cover handbags purchased from third-party sellers. Proof of purchase is required. Handbags covered by this warranty will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, free of charge.
