Handbags: At Jordana Paige, we guarantee your satisfaction. If you purchased an item through JordanaPaige.com and are unhappy with it for any reason, simply contact us within 10 business days of receipt to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the return mailing address. No credit or exchange will be given to an item received without an RMA number, nor will the item be returned to the sender.
• Contact us within 10 days of receipt for a 100% credit or replacement. Shipping and handling costs, however, are nonrefundable.
• Write the RMA number on the outside of your returning parcel.
• The item must be in re-saleable condition (unless damaged in shipping or defective).
Please return your package via an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, trackable USPS, etc). Jordana Paige is not responsible for items damaged or lost while being returned to us. We take great care in packaging our products to arrive safely to you. When you return an item, please do so with the same care. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise returned to us damaged or in un-saleable condition.
If the item you received was damaged, defective or incorrect, we will be happy to provide you with a prepaid UPS return label. Please save the box your handbag was shipped in if the item was damaged in shipping.
Patterns: Patterns are non-refundable and non-returnable. All pattern sales are final.
